Inside Job is a documentary film about the late-2000s financial crisis directed by Charles H. Ferguson. The film was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2010 and won the 2010 Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.

Ferguson has described the film as being about "the systemic corruption of the United States by the financial services industry and the consequences of that systemic corruption."[3] In five parts, the film explores how changes in the policy environment and banking practices helped create the financial crisis. Inside Job was well received by film critics who praised its pacing, research, and exposition of complex material.

A short three-part video in which Catherine Austin Fitts discusses financial controls with Max Keiser that the U.S. is exporting inflation through a global taxation system using the currency, the Treasury and financial system. -price inflation vs. monetary inflation vs. wage inflation or labor deflation through globalization and debasement of currencies. Bernanke is succeeding in his mandates through bailouts and supporting status quo. Fitts claims the U.S. population has been fiscalized by a dependence on federal government subsidies and asserts there is mass popular support to keep this going. "The people were hoodwinked by their refusal to take responsibility; the majority want the subsidies to keep coming." Fitts and Kaiser assert that status quo continues, due to specific capture of controlling representatives through extortion, by equity transfer of U.S. assets to a global elite. The U.S. dollar is collateralized by a financial model that uses warfare to create a global empire. This global empire is managed for the benefit of a variety of people that have nothing to do with the U.S. as a sovereign nation, but rather a global financial scheme managed by a global investment model.

Catherine Austin Fitts served as managing director and member of the board of directors of the Wall Street investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., as Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing[3] Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the first Bush Administration, and was the president of Hamilton Securities Group, Inc., an investment bank and financial software developer. She is now the president of Solari, Inc., and managing member of Solari Investment Advisory Services, LLC. Fitts has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Wharton School and studied Mandarin at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
