Former Financial Regulator William Black: Occupy Wall Street A Counter to White-Collar Fraud

Amy Goodman of Democracy Now interviews William K Black, Associate Professor of Economics and Law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is the author of The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One: How Corporate Executives and Politicians Looted the S&L Industry. He talks about the betrayal of trust, through fraud, by the C-level executives of major U.S banks, and that the U.S. government can prosecute them, but hasn't yet.
